Rep. Sullivan receives Massachusetts Psychiatric Society award

The Massachusetts Psychiatric Society awarded its 2010 Presidential Award to state Rep. David Sullivan at its 2010 annual meeting held May 10 at the Doubletree Guest Suites.
The award was given in recognition of the representative’s continued efforts to ensure that services are available for individuals with mental illnesses. Three members of the state Senate also received an award, but Sullivan was the only member of the House of Representatives who was honored. Congressman Barney Frank was the keynote speaker at the event.
