Karam says $1 million deal for Oliver’s restaurant property has been reached

Businessman Robert Karam has sealed a $1 million deal for a new restaurant at the property formerly occupied by Oliver’s, and he hopes it will be renovated and open by this fall.

After announcing in September that he planned to purchase the restaurant at the entrance to the Fall River Industrial Park, and obtaining variances and adjacent small parcels, Karam said the sale closed in late December.
