On Saturday, June 26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Amicable Congregational Church at Tiverton Four Corners (just north of Gray’s Ice Cream) will hold its annual old-fashioned summer fair. Featured for sale will be white elephant and yard sale items, children’s toys, jewelry, books, plants and baked goods. Lunch items, which will be offered outside under the tent, will include a fresh salad bar, hot dogs, chourico subs, meatball subs, nachos and ice cream sundaes. Fresh brewed specialty coffee will also be available.
Those attending can bid on numerous silent auction items, including gift baskets and gift certificates.
Tickets will also be available for a full-sized star pattern quilt to be raffled at the event.
Children’s games and activities will be held throughout the day. Outdoor booths will be open at 8:30 a.m. for early birds. There is no charge for admission, and the fair will be held rain or shine.
